Facebloom: objective facial ratings and self-improvement insights

Facebloom is an online platform focused on facial analysis, objective facial ratings, and personalised self-improvement insights, built using diverse facial measurements and delivered through a mobile app live on the App Store.

Built by Abdullah Shahbaz, TechMonx's founder, before the studio's founding in January 2026; now part of the TechMonx portfolio.

The Challenge

Facebloom needed a way to turn a single photo into an objective, measurement-based facial rating rather than vague or subjective feedback, while keeping the experience approachable and privacy-first.

Our Approach

We built the mobile app end to end: a face detection pipeline using Python and OpenCV to capture diverse facial measurements, and a Flutter front end that turns those measurements into clear, personalised self-improvement insights.
