Strictly necessary storage
This category is always on and cannot be switched off, because the site cannot function properly without it. It does not require consent under UK GDPR / PECR.

Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
If you accept analytics cookies via the banner or the "Cookie Settings" link, we load Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to help us understand how visitors use the site: which pages are popular, how people navigate, and roughly how many visitors we get. GA4 is not loaded, and no analytics cookie is set, until you opt in.

Event and user-level data collected by GA4 itself (as opposed to the browser cookie) is retained in Google's systems for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted, per GA4's default retention setting. We do not extend this. We use IP anonymisation and disable Google Signals/ads personalisation on our GA4 property, and we do not send names, email addresses, message content, or any other personal data as analytics events. See "What we track" below.
What we track
When analytics is active, we record generic, non-identifying interactions: page views, which service or portfolio/project pages are viewed, clicks on "Start a Project" and "Let's Talk" buttons, opens of the booking widget and completed booking requests, contact-form and AI-assistant chat submissions, phone-number and email-address clicks, and clicks to our social media profiles. None of these events include the content of what you typed, your email address, phone number, or any other personal or sensitive information.
Legal basis and consent
Under UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), we only set analytics cookies with your prior, informed, opt-in consent. Rejecting analytics, or simply closing the banner, means analytics cookies are not set and GA4 is not loaded. The site otherwise works exactly the same either way.
Managing or withdrawing your consent
You can change your mind at any time by clicking "Cookie Settings" in the footer of any page, which reopens the preferences panel so you can switch analytics on or off. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser's own settings. Blocking cookies may affect some websites' functionality generally, but will not affect your ability to browse this site or contact us.
